When making a purchase at lovefor.co (Love For) you agree to the following Terms and conditions on this page. You need to accept these Terms to be able to place an order. Love For and the Customer are thereby legally bound to follow these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms you should leave this site.
Love For wants all customers to feel safe shopping with us, therefore we carefully follow the rules of internet shopping for both your and our safety. We reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. In rare cases we might ask for a photo of a valid ID to match the card used to purchase. This happens if the customers bank flag the payment as suspected fraudulent behavior, for example the card holders location does not match the country of the shipping address.
Use of personal data
Love For follows the GDRP regulation and laws. When making a purchase you agree that Love For use the following information: Full name, shipping address, email and phone number. This information is necessary to ship your order. Love For will always contact you via email and not your phone number. Phone number is needed for the postal company to deliver.
Card number, security number and other personal payment information is NOT stored and never showed to Love For, and is always done through our payment agents and your bank.
We will save your information for 1 year to be able to process any returns or complaints you might have. You can at any point request to have your information deleted. It's important to know that deleted information before the 1 year can slow the process of returns and complaints down as it's no longer possible for us to search for your receipt.
When you subscribe to our newsletter you give us permisson to send you news to the email listed. Only your email will be listed, no other information such as name or address will be stored. You can unsubscribe at any point.
Fraud & Legal responsibilities
We reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. All fraud against Love For will be reported, such as damages by customers to avoid return postage, miss-leading of delivery or postal carrier information, return of replicas, or in any way try to gain money using fraud (example, dispute to get a refund within the delivery time-frame).
Love For disclaims all responsibility and can not be held responsible for the quality of the product if the customer informs the postal carrier to leave the package outside the door, gate or if it should be picked up/or left with another person than the customer itself, for example neighbor or relative. Packages left outside the door/gate/neighbor can not be refunded if lost or damaged.
To prevent fraud against the company, if a delivery was successfully made by the postal carrier, it can not be refunded unless the items are sent back to Love For. Guarantee for lost packages does not apply if the postal carrier has marked the package as delivered, signed for by the customer, customer has informed the postal carrier to leave the package at door/gate or instructed to be picked up/left with another person than customer written on the package.
Paypal is one of the options we use as a payment method. Due to the possibility of delays caused by Covid-19, disputes within 90 business days will resolve in an extra 25€ charge to cover the extra work-hours we need to put in. Any dispute on Paypal within the delivery time-frame will result in you not being able to do future purchases from Love For or any related brands owned or partnership with Love For. If you have a trouble with your order, please contact customer service in first hand.
Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation email with information about your order. If you do not get a confirmation of your order; check you junk folder, the email might be wrong, the order has not gone through, your payment has not gone through or a technical error has occurred. Please contact us immediately.
Make it a habit to always check your order confirmation so everything looks correct. When you contact us, it's good if you have your order number at hands. We ask that if you want to cancel or change your order, that you get in touch with us as soon as possible. Cancellation or changes can not be made if the parcel has been shipped. It then needs to be returned.
Shipping And Delays
Love For is an artisan atelier brand and all products are handcrafted by order, therefore items has a production time of 2-3 days. Observe that production time is not the same as shipping time.
Our normal delivery time is 1-14 business days, however, Love For can't control if an order takes longer due to Custom border procedures, lockdowns, delays caused by pandemics, wrong or missing delivery information given by the customer, weather, demonstrations, war or political conflicts. Please wait for your parcel up to 30 business days before making a complaint. Lost packages have a guarantee up to 1.000 EUR and are refundable after 90 business days. You can search for your package using your tracking number to see it's location. In 9 out of 10 times this is solved by contacting your postal carrier.
During the holidays, we reserve that production times may increase with 2-3 business days. Shipping delays are beyond our control and we ask our customers to contact their postal carrier for more information. Customers are responsible for that the shipping address is correct. Love For always sends packages to the address specified by the customer. If a package is sent to an incorrect address where the customer entered an incorrect shipping address, it can not be refunded if lost.
Due to the Coronavirus we reserve the right to extend the delivery times printed in the terms and agreement for as long as the effects of the coronavirus spread delays global postal services. DHL Express works normally, however 1-2 days delay may occur to countries in lockdown. All packages will eventually be delivered, therefore no refund can be made if the package are still in transit to the customer. Normal delays up to 30 business days are common for overseas orders due to limits of flights from Europe.
14 days of return rights starts when the package has been received by the customers. The package needs to be returned to Love For for a refund. We are unable to refund the original shipping cost/return postage as these are handcrafted pieces made by order from a small-business.
Please wait up to 30 business days before making a complaint. After 30 business days we will open an investigation at the original post office which can take up to 60 business days. The postal company will track your parcel down, if the package turns out to be lost, Postnord will refund us which we will use to refund you. Therefore, no refund can be made before 90 business days as parcels in most cases arrives to the customer before that, especially if it's held in customs due to lockdowns.
Lost packages have a guarantee up to 1.000 EUR and are refundable after 90 business days. Postal companies are known to have delays during the pandemic and its beyond our control. Please wait for your parcel up to 30 business days before making a complaint. After 30 business days we will open an investigation, which can be on-going up to 60 business days. A refund can not be made before 90 business days has passed, this is the time the postal office has in their agreement to deliver/investigate delays during the pandemic, which is noted in our terms. Guarantee does not apply if the customer has informed the postal carrier to leave the package outside the door/gate or if the package is instructed to be picked up by another person then the customers name written on the package.
Love For offers Express shipping with DHL Express. All items are handcrafted made by order (including orders placed with Express shipping) and have a production time of 2-3 days as mentioned in our Terms and Shipping page. We ask our customers to note that Production time (time it takes to craft an item) is not the same as Shipping time (time it takes door to door).
Express shipping takes 1-3 business days, however, Love For can not control if an order takes longer due to Custom border procedures, lockdowns, delays caused by pandemics, wrong or missing delivery information given by the customer, weather, demonstrations, war or political conflicts. Love For can NOT be held responsible or offer money back for delayed Express shipping caused by above mentioned.
Love For have the right to extend the delivery times printed in the terms, if a country goes into lockdown or strict regulations takes action while the parcel has already been shipped. The pandemic is unpredictable and regulations for different countries can change very fast. If a country goes into lockdown, the parcel will be held in customs and be delivered once lockdown is over. Parcels can therefore not be refunded while still in transit, as it will be delivered when the country opens up. You have the right to return an items once its delivered. The package needs to be returned for a refund.
We want our customers to be happy with their products. Therefore, we give you 14 days of return rights. For a return to be accepted it needs to be returned in its original condition, in its original plastic bag with box, dustbag and cards. The items can not have been used. If you are sending multiple items back, the items needs to be packed separately in their own plastic bags it came with, not together in one. Clothing needs to have their tag intact, not been worn or washed. Scratched jewelry or used clothing will not be accepted as returns and will be sent back to the customer, provided the customers pay the new shipping cost.
We are unable to offer any free returns. Original shipping postage can not be refunded as these items are made by order. We recommend you send your return tracked and secured. When sending back an item; customers are responsible for that the content are correct, information is filled in correctly as instructed by email, and not damaged. If a return is damage, lost or not filled in correctly, we will ask our customer to make a complaint to the postal service they used to be refunded from there. Damaged or lost parcels sent in return will not be refunded by Love For. Packages that is not filled in correctly might be returned by customs and needs to be collected by the sender and returned again. This may lead to delays in your refund and additional shipping costs. Correct information is always sent to the customer in the "Return" email. Please follow the return instruction strictly to avoid any extra charges.
If an item is delivered wrong or damage from Love For to the customer, please read paragraph "Complaint".
Sale And Final Sale
Sale can be returned within 14 days after receiving the parcel. Final sale can not be returned or exchanged. The product description on each item will inform you of the return rights. It is the customers responsibility to check this information up before purchasing.
Not Picked Up Parcels
Standard shipping: Customers are responsible to pick up the package at the service point provided if a home delivery fails or aren't possible for that specific address. If a customer don’t pick up the parcel and it’s being sent back to us, it can take up to 60 business days with standard shipping. If your package is not picked up on time, 8€ will be taken of your refund to cover our handling and postage cost, excluding the original shipping fee. Shipping costs can not be refunded once a parcel has been shipped. All parcels are trackable with the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation. A refund will be made the same way you paid us after we receive your return, not before.
DHL Express/FedEx: Customers are responsible to contact DHL Express or FedEx if a home delivery fails, or aren't possible for that specific address. If a customer don’t pick up the parcel and it’s being sent back to us, it can take up to 15 business days. 14€ will be taken from your refund to cover our handling and postage cost, excluding the original shipping fee. Shipping costs can not be refunded once a parcel has been shipped. All parcels are trackable with the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation. Always keep track of your order and call DHL Express or FedEx to agree on where to pick your parcel up if it was unable to deliver to your door. A refund will be made the same way you paid us after we receive your return, not before.
Love For Co have the right to create offers and sales through out the year such as Singel's day, Valentines day, Black Friday and Christmas offers. Orders placed before or after an offer can not be refunded for the different amount between the original store price and the offer. Offers can not be exchanged for money. Offers are limited and items can not be held for later. You have the right to return a product made with an offer, within 14 days. A refund can only be made of the amount you payed for the product, not for the original store price displayed when returned. If you purchase multiple items and use a discount code, that discount will be spread over all products. When returning an item placed with a discount code, each product will be refunded with their individual percentage.
Important to know when making a purchase is that the goods at Love For are all handcrafted and have raw and distressed details, which makes our brand special and artistic. These items are not mass-produced by machines and will have individual details, even though the same mold has been used. We guarantee that the products you order from us are sent out in good quality, right design and correct material mention in the product description. Would the product be damage or wrong, you should contact us within 7 days.
If an item was delivered wrong or damage to the customer, we will pay for the return postage. You need to contact us within 7 days for a wrong, manufacturing defect or damaged goods. We reserve the right to ask our customer to send the damaged/wrong order back for an investigation. If our investigation shows manufacturing defects, shipping will be covered up to 14€. If our investigation shows damages by customers to avoid return postage, attempt to fraud or return of replicas, Love For will deny a refund. If you are entitled to a refund of the return postage, we will need a copy of the original return postage receipt to make that refund.
Custom-made Gold Items
All pieces can be crafted in solid 16ct, 18ct and 24ct gold starting at 420€ and up. It is important you know your exact ring size. Custom-made gold pieces are non refundable since it's made exclusively for you with a high value metal. We currently have a process time of 4-5 months for custom-made gold items. Once a custom-made gold piece has been paid, it is not possible to cancel or return the order, no matter the cause.
If you receive a faulty and/or damage item, you must contact us within 7 days. Love For guarantee only covers manufacturing defects. Love For can not be held responsible for defects due to failure or damage caused by carelessness use, such as cracks from adjusting a bracelet, damages or scratches due to normal wear and age.
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the item you wish to return / complaint. Payment will be made in the same way you paid us within 2-7 days of receiving your return / complaint. We are unable to refund return postage and the original shipping cost as these are handcrafted items made by order.
Gift-cards are valid for 2 years after purchased. Items purchased with a gift-card can be returned within 14 days in exchange for another product or size. Gift-cards can not be exchanged or returned for money. If the item or size you wish to exchange is out of stock, store-credit will be given out. We reserve the right to cancel a gift-card without a refund if the company would in an unlikely event go bankrupt.
If you would like to cancel an order, you can sending us an email. You need to contact us before the item has been shipped. It is not possible to cancel an order once the parcel has been shipped, it then needs to be returned for a refund. A cancellation fee of 2€ will not be refunded and is what the bank charges for one transaction.
TAX and VAT
Love For is a registered company in Sweden and all products include taxes. Import VAT or sale taxes for orders outside Europe might have to be paid to Customs in the designated country. Different countries have different percentage of taxes and it is up to every customer to contact local authorities before purchase. Love For can not be held responsible, control or refund extra charges made by Customs in the designated country.
