Delays: There is a lack of transport capacity in the world due to the pandemic. This can lead to delays for packages shipped with the cheaper shipping. DHL Express is the only carrier that works normally, however 1-2 days delay may occur to countries in lockdown.

All packages are shipped from Sweden, keep in mind that the receiving country may have different capacities to handle domestic transport. In many postal offices, more people are on sick leave than under normal circumstances. Therefore, packages can take longer than usual to arrive within the country even if they are shipped from our atelier on time.

Please contact your local postal company for an estimated delivery time in first hand. No update to the tracking number are very common for the cheaper shipping. It will update once the parcel enters custom controll in the receiving country, which can take a few days up to a few weeks. This is caused if your parcel are shipped by boat due to reduced flights. Please be patience.

All packages are sent out with a tracking number found in your confirmation email. For orders in Europe and rest of the world, Postnord will hand over and deliver your parcel with your local postal company. If you are in a hurry, please choose DHL Express and not the cheaper option as it is slower, hence the price. 

 

 

Delivery guarantee and refund for lost packages: Postal companies are known to have delays during the pandemic and is beyond our control. Please wait for your parcel up to 30 days before making a complaint. After 30 days we will open an investigation at the postal office. If your package would be lost a refund will be made after the investigation. Lost packages have a guarantee refund up to 1.000 EUR and are refundable after 90 dayswhich is the amount of time the postal office has in their agreement to investigate/deliver a parcel during the on-going pandemic. Packages are normally delivered within these 90 days. All packages will eventually be delivered and we ask you to show patience as we are a small company with handcrafted items.

 

LOCKDOWN: Love For C/O® have the right to extend the delivery times printed in the terms if a country goes into lockdown or strict regulations takes action while the parcel has already been shipped. The pandemic is unpredictable and regulations for different countries can change very fast. If a country goes into lockdown, the parcel will be held in customs and be delivered once lockdown is over. Parcels can therefore not be refunded while still in transit, as it will be delivered when the country opens up. If you live in a effected country we strongly recommend DHL Express.

 

Return rights is not effected by delays: 14 days of return rights starts when the package has been received by the customers. Delays will not effect your right to return an item. The package needs to be returned to Love For C/O® for a refund. It can not be cancelled and refunded while still in transit to the customer.
